Logical View, Inc. opened for business in 1995, providing software consulting services to businesses in the Greater Philadelphia Area. The hallmark of the company's success is its relentless pursuit of customer satisfaction through a rigorous approach to software development, personal creativity and uncompromised hard work.
Michael A. Baca, Principal Consultant and Founder, has over sixteen years experience in the Information Technology industry, leading both large-scale and solo development projects. As a software developer, Mr. Baca has garnered a reputation for consistent success in constructing applications with intuitive user interfaces around sophisticated back-end systems. As a project leader, he brings to the table a solid business background, broad-based knowledge, and a knack for getting the most out of his team. Mr. Baca is a part-time Instructor of Information Technology at Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA. He holds a M.B.A. from Lehigh University and a B.S. degree in Computer Science from Kutztown University.	Ellen A. Palangio, Business Manager and Co-Founder, has been involved in business for over fourteen years, fulfilling various roles including risk management, marketing, and recruiting. After successfully leading Logical View's staffing initiative in the late 1990's, Ms. Palangio has recently concentrated her efforts on client relations and marketing. She holds a B.A. degree in Business Management from DeSales University. In addition to the co-founders, Logical View, Inc. has partnered with some of the best consulting firms in the Greater Philadelphia Area, enabling the company to extend its level of consistently high-caliber services as the need arises.
